Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home opened on Main Street in Royal Oak during 1906. William Sullivan founded our firm and was joined by his son James in 1930. In 1939, we moved to our present location on 11 Mile Road in Royal Oak. We have watched the home undergo three different expansions while also adding the Utica branch in 1969. John and Bill Sullivan and their brother in law Ray Lope are co-owners.
Today the Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home is Royal Oak 's oldest business. Throughout the years have continually dedicated ourselves to delivering first-class personalized service, while providing compassion, expertise, knowledge, and a willingness to meet and exceed the wishes of their clients. Now entering its 100th year of business, William Sullivan & Son Funeral Home has conducted over 30,000 funeral services to date, each with respect to the wishes and varied details of the deceased and their families.
