Tracy Henbury

It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Tracy Waggener-Henbury, 62, who passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side, at home in West Bloomfield on June 6th, 2023. Tracy was born in Royal Oak, Michigan to Dorothy Ann Peterson and the late William Horace Waggener on August 26th, 1960. Tracy, the most loving and devoted wife, mother, sister, and grandmother is survived by her husband of nearly 33 years, Nicholas; daughters, Jessica and Alexys; sons, Jesse, Jacob, and Justyn; sisters, Lee Ann, and Terri; brothers, Billy, Mark, and Jamie; grandsons, Sabastian, Bowie, and Ace; granddaughters London, India, Reese, and Fiona; and her faithful dogs, Lucas and Joey. Tracy was an incredible human being, a strong influential woman who loved her family and friends deeply. Being a mother and a grandmother overflowed her heart with joy. She was never one to recognize her own beauty, but walked with elegance and grace. She became a natural caregiver at a young age and had an undying passion for helping others. A proud business owner with a superhuman work ethic, who cared for her staff and clients like family, and provided opportunities to those who needed them most. She believed in people, saw the good in people, and spread continuous joy to everyone around her. She lived her life with purpose, had the gift of gab, and was always just a phone call away, no matter the time of day. Tracy had a unique ability to bring people together and would throw parties that were often talked about years later. She was a remarkable cook who enjoyed preparing meals for her family and friends, especially over the holidays. Tracy left this world too soon, she never gave up the fight, and her legacy will live on in all of us. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends, but never forgotten. Arrangements: - A visitation will be held on Sunday, June 11th, from 2pm-8pm at Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home at 705 W Eleven Mile Rd, Royal Oak, MI 48067. During the visitation, there will be a Service from 5-6pm in which the Priest will share a prayer with those in attendance, as well as allow time for family and friends to share a few words of remembrance. - A private family burial will take place on Monday, June 12th at White Chapel Memorial Park Cemetery in Troy. ***In lieu of sending flowers, we respectfully request small donations be made to the charity below, in Tracy's memory.
