Bridget Perlinski

Bridget Perlinski (nee Tisdall) passed away peacefully on January 5, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love, warmth, and cherished memories. She was born on November 27, 1934, in Detroit, Michigan, to Bridget and Thomas Tisdall. Bridget was predeceased by her siblings Kay Kirschner, Peggy Ryan, and Tom Tisdall. She was also reunited with her beloved husband, Donald P. Perlinski who passed away in 2019. A devoted mother, Bridget is survived by her loving daughters, Denise (Phil) Sliva and Gabrielle (Jeffrey) Linska. She was a source of unwavering support, guidance, and affection for her family. Bridget took immense pride in her role as a grandmother, delighting in the lives of Shannon (Ryan), Katie (Chris), Ryan, and Danielle. Her legacy further extended to being a great-grandmother to Kelsey, Kyle, and Logan, who brought immeasurable joy to her life. Bridget had a zest for life that defined her vibrant spirit. She and her husband, Donald, shared a deep love for travel and were proud members of the Nomads Travel Club, exploring the world together and creating lasting memories. She found solace in the pages of Pat Conroy books, relishing every story that captured her imagination. An enthusiast of Italian cuisine, she took pleasure in savoring the flavors of her favorite dishes. Bridget's love for musicals, anything chocolate, and the excitement of Notre Dame football games brought a sparkle to her eyes. In her leisure, Bridget enjoyed the thrill of trying her luck at the casino, where she embraced the excitement and camaraderie of each visit. Her adventurous spirit and love for life endeared her to many, creating lasting bonds with friends and family alike. As we mourn the loss of Bridget Perlinski, we also celebrate the beautiful life she lived and the impact she had on those around her. May her memory be a source of comfort and inspiration to all who were fortunate enough to know her. On Saturday, February 10th, 2024, memorial visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. until the time of her Memorial Mass at 9:30 a.m. at St. Blase Catholic Church, 12151 15 Mile Rd.
