Cynthia Marie McNamara

Cynthia M. McNamara, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, passed away on June 5, 2023, at the age of 65. She was surrounded by her loving family as she peacefully transitioned into eternal rest. Cynthia's warm heart, kind spirit, and unwavering love will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Cynthia's greatest joy in life was her role as a devoted wife and mother. She was married to the late Thomas McNamara, and together they created a home filled with love and laughter. Their union was a true partnership, and they navigated life's challenges and triumphs hand in hand. Cynthia's unconditional love and unwavering dedication made her an extraordinary mother to her children, Melinda McNamara and Thomas (Misty) McNamara. She nurtured and guided them, instilling in them values of compassion, resilience, and kindness. Cynthia's love extended to her granddaughter, Madelynn McNamara, whom she adored and cherished. She took great pride in watching Madelynn grow and was a loving and supportive presence in her life. Cynthia is also survived by her loving father, Gene Oakley. She had a green thumb and found solace and joy in tending to her garden. Whether it was planting colorful flowers or growing her own vegetables, she had a knack for nurturing and bringing beauty to life. She would often spend hours outdoors, connecting with nature and finding tranquility in the simplicity of gardening. Cynthia's passion for gardening was not only a personal sanctuary but also an opportunity for her to share her love for the natural world with those around her. In addition to her love for gardening, Cynthia treasured the time she spent with her granddaughter, Madelynn. Their bond was filled with laughter, stories, and cherished moments. Cynthia's presence in Madelynn's life will forever be remembered as a source of love, guidance, and support.
