Patricia Kosciolek

Patricia Irene Kosciolek (nee' Campbell), beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, peacefully passed away on Thursday, May 2, 2024, in Troy, Michigan, at the age of 88. Born in Detroit, Michigan, on November 24, 1935, to the late William J. and Evelyn L. (nee' Selleke) Campbell, Pat's life was a testament to love, family, and cherished moments. Patricia, or "Pat" as she was affectionately known, brought joy to those around her with her passion for baking, her culinary skills, and her love for Polish cuisine. Her kitchen was not just a place for cooking but a space where memories were created, and stories were shared. She found immense happiness in the company of her family, always cherishing the moments spent with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Pat's eyes sparkled brightest when she was surrounded by the laughter and love of her family. Patricia shared a deep and enduring bond with her late husband, Richard Kosciolek. Together, they danced through life to the melodies of Big Band songs, creating a symphony of love that echoed through the years. She found solace in nature, her heart at peace amidst the beauty of the world around her. Whether it was a stroll through the park or a quiet moment in a garden, Pat found joy in the simple pleasures of life. A fixture at Senior dances, Pat's love for music and dance was infectious, bringing smiles to all those who had the pleasure of sharing the dance floor with her. Patricia is survived by her children Linda (Ronald) Bemis, Kevin (Debbie) Kosciolek, Richard Kosciolek, Gregory Kosciolek, and the late Michael Patrick Kosciolek, along with her grandchildren Michael (Natalie) Kosciolek, Katherine Bemis, Elizabeth (Matthew) Lowell, Kristina (Daniel) Kilger, Megan Kosciolek, and Miranda Kosciolek. She was also a beloved great-grandmother to Alanna, Robert, Evelyn, Thomas, Charlotte, and Noah. A funeral mass will be celebrated for Pat on Monday, May 6, 2024 at St. Kieran Catholic Church 53600 Mound Road (Btwn 24-25 Mile) Shelby Township. Family and friends will be gathering at 10am until time of her funeral mass at 11am. Interment at Resurrection Cemetery, Clinton Township, Michigan. In memory of Pat her family request donations to St. Kieran Catholic Church.
