Chris V. Schneider

May 1, 1955 - February 27, 2022

Chris V. Schneider, of Shelby Township, passed away on February 27, 2022 at the age of 66. Chris is the cherished husband for 28 years of Rosalyn (nee Finger); the loving father of Jamie (Noel), Steven (Lauren), and Eric (Rachel); the adored grandfather of Bo, David, Cooper, Grace, and Vaughn; and the beloved brother of Terry, Janice (Jim), and Jill (Mark). Chris also leaves behind his dear yellow lab, Daisy Mae, and many nieces and nephews. Chris worked for a longtime as a robotic electrician, starting off at Carboloy, then continuing on to American Axel. He later continued his career at Kars Peanuts, and then finished his career with Fiat Chrysler. Chris graduated from Cousino High School. After high school, he proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps. When he returned to Michigan, he took classes at Macomb Community College, and then finished his schooling at Motech Technical Institute. Chris' family will receive friends for visitation on Thursday, March 3, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. with an honor guard service beginning at 6:30 p.m., and a prayer and sharing of memories service beginning at 7:00 p.m. at Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 8459 Hall Road (3 blocks East of Van Dyke), Utica. A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 4, visitation from 10:00 a.m. until his funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Entombment at Christian Memorial Gardens West, Rochester Hills.
