Bill Lukkari Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Harold "Bill" Lukkari, a resident of Macomb Township, passed away on October 26, 2021 at the age of 82. A son of Hjalmer and Rose Marie (nee Ceretto), he was born on June 10, 1939 in Detroit. Bill proudly served his country in the 14th Calvary of the United States Army. He made his career in tool and die and retired from General Motors. Bill married the love of his life, Sandra "Marcia" (nee Fitzer) on April 7, 1962 in Clawson. Beloved husband of Marcia, joined in love for 59 years. Loving father of Donna (Daniel) Glowski of Harsens Island, MI; John Lukkari of Washington Twp., MI; and Kelly Lukkari of Chicago, IL. Cherished grandfather of Heather Moline. Dear brother of Nancy Loisy of Franklin, TN; Kathleen (Robert) Palosaari of Cottonwood, AZ; Carol (James) Stanfel of Royal Oak, MI; and Rita (Carl) Hatfield of Troy, MI. A visitation for Bill will take place on Sunday, October 31, from 2:00 to 8:00 pm with a funeral service at 7:00 pm at Wm. Sullivan and Son, 705 W. Eleven Mile (4 blks E. of Woodward), Royal Oak 48067.
