Karen Kelly LaBombard, age 80, passed away on October 24, 2021. She was born on February 19, 1941 in Detroit to Millard Thompson and Helen Maicki Thompson. Karen worked for many years for Elias Brothers Big Boy in St. Clair Shores as a prep cook. She loved animals and had many pets throughout the years, including ferrets, fish, birds and dogs. Her favorite television programs were about animals and pets. Karen was an avid reader and enjoyed the comforts of being in her own home. Beloved wife of the late Roger LaBombard. Loving mother of Christine (Andy) Hicks, Warren "Mike" (Tammy) Kelly, George (Joan) Kelly, Wayne Kelly, Sharon (Rita) Kelly. Proud grandmother of seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
