Mary V. Rossi Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Mary Virginia Rossi, age 96, of Oak Park, passed away on June 23, 2022. Beloved wife of the late Arthur Rossi. Beloved mother of Patricia Rossi. Grandmother of five and great-grandmother of six. Predeceased by her other children: Ronald Rossi, Thomas Rossi, Dennis Rossi, and Diane Montoya; her parents, Nicholas and Anna Supanich, and her six siblings. Mary was a big Tiger baseball fan, and over the years she attended many games at Tiger Stadium and Comerica Park. She also quite enjoyed a trip to the casino from time to time. Las Vegas and more recently, Detroit, were typical destinations. Closer to home, she loved gardening and could often be found in her backyard garden, tending to her various flowers and plants. Notably, Mary was also a devout Catholic whose faith was very important to her. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed. Funeral Mass will take place on Monday, June 27, at 10:00 a.m. (visitation 9:30) at National Shrine of the Little Flower Basilica, 2100 Twelve Mile Rd., Royal Oak.
