Patrick L. Alter Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Patrick Lawrence Alter, of East China, formerly of Shelby Township, passed away on May 15, 2022 at the age of 68. He was born in Detroit, Michigan to Leo and Elizabeth Alter. Patrick is the cherished husband of the late Ingrid; the loving father of Christina (Jeffrey) Girard and Eric (Kathryn) Alter; the beloved grandfather of Ellianna Girard, Samantha Girard, Victoria Girard, Christian Girard, and Genevieve Alter; and the dear brother of Leo (Sharon), Michael (Barb), Gregory (Julie), Daniel (Rose) and Bill (Sally) Alter. Patrick loved his grandchildren dearly and enjoyed being an active part of their lives. He also enjoyed to golf and travel, and safely driving his family all over the United States to go on adventures. Patrick's family will receive friends for visitation on Wednesday, May 25, 2022 from 3-8pm with a rosary service at 6:00 p.m. at the Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 8459 Hall Road (3 blocks East of Van Dyke), Utica. A funeral mass will be held on Thursday, May 26 at SS.
