Charles "Chuck" S. Seidel December 15, 1939 - June 6, 2025 Charles "Chuck" S. Seidel, beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend, passed away peacefully at home on June 6, 2025, at the age of 85. A cornerstone of his community and family, Chuck lived a life rich with purpose, creativity, service, and love. Born on December 15, 1939, Chuck was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Joann (Jeep) M. Seidel (June 5, 1940 - June 4, 2016), with whom he shared 55 years of marriage. Together, they built a family rooted in love, laughter, and deep connection. Chuck was the devoted father of Kathy (Bruce), Margie (Steve), Mike (Andrea), Jim (Beth), Rick, and Karen (Jim). He was the proud grandfather of Jennifer, Katelyn (Danny), Lindsey (Mat), Emily (Michael), Erik, Matthew, Brendan, Genna (Zach), Lexi, Jarred, Patrick, Charlie, Rachel (Kevoy), and Will. His legacy continues through his cherished great-grandchildren: Owen, Evelyn, and Sophie. A man of many passions, Chuck found joy in woodworking, golf, playing the piano and supporting youth hockey. He shared his talents and interests generously, whether it was crafting in his workshop, cheering on his favorite hockey team, or filling the house with music. He especially valued his time with the Royal Oak Kiwanis Club, where his spirit of service and community involvement shone brightly. The journey of 123 Studio is a testament to the vision, dedication, and family values that have sustained the company since its inception. Founded by Chuck in 1963, the studio has grown from a small business in Royal Oak, Michigan, to a trusted name in legal graphics, serving inventors and corporations alike. Now operated by two of his sons, 123 Studio continues to honor its legacy while forging ahead into the future. Through its commitment to quality and client satisfaction, the company remains a shining example of excellence in the field of legal graphics. Chuck's days were made brighter by time spent with his family, and by the loyal companionship of his dog, Molly. He was a man who truly understood what mattered most-family, integrity, and a life well-lived. Chuck will be remembered for his warm heart, sharp wit, steady hand, and unwavering dedication to those he loved. His absence will be deeply felt, but his memory will be carried forward in every story shared, every song played, and every life he touched.
