Frank & Beatrice Nevison

Frank Nevison, age 86, of Macomb, Michigan, passed away peacefully on September 2nd, 2025, in Sterling Heights, Michigan, surrounded by his loving family. Born on April 7, 1939, in Detroit, Frank was the son of the late Frank and Rose Nevison. He grew up in Royal Oak, Michigan, where he developed a strong work ethic, a love of family, and an early appreciation for the water and being outdoors-values that he held dear throughout his life. Frank proudly served his country with honor in the United States Army. His service was a source of great pride, and the discipline and commitment he learned during his time in the military shaped the man he became. After his service, Frank built a life centered around building his career within the auto industry and supporting his quickly growing family. He found joy in being around the water and raising four sons, Michael, Mark, Martin, and Murray. He had a passion for landscaping and took pride in creating beautiful spaces. Friends and family knew him as someone who was always active, adventurous, and eager to share his interests with others. Above all, Frank’s greatest devotion was to family. He was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Bea Nevison. Frank and Bea were married on September 3rd 1974, and they spent 47 wonderful years together up until her passing in 2021. She was without a doubt the love of his life. Together they were passionate about living life to it’s fullest which included traveling and sharing time on the water together in his boat “Me & Bea”. His surviving children include Mike Nevison (Jackie) of Macomb, MI; Mark Nevison of Tucson, AZ; Martin Nevison (Heather) of Fort Worth, TX; and Murray Nevison (Paulette) of Pinckney, MI. He was the cherished grandfather of seven and the proud great-grandfather of three, each of whom brought him endless pride and joy. Frank’s grandchildren include Mike - Elizabeth Daniels (Harrogate, TN), Angela Nevison, and Kayla Nevison (Clinton Twp., MI); Mark - Eric Nevison (Pontiac, MI); Martin - Molly Nevison (Fort Worth, TX); and Murray - Branden Nevison (Warren, MI) and Chad Nevison (Warren, MI). His great-grandchildren, Daemon, Blake, and Jake Daniels (Harrogate, TN), were the lights of his later years. He is also survived by extended family, friends, and neighbors who will deeply miss his warmth, humor, and generosity of spirit. Frank’s life was defined by service, passion, and love giving one hundred percent to everything he approached. Whether he was working with his hands outdoors, enjoying the excitement of a sporting event, or spending time with those closest to him, Frank lived each day with energy and heart. His legacy will live on through solid core values within the family he raised, and the countless memories he created. Friends and family will gather on Friday, September 12, 2025, from 10:00 am until time of memorial service at 11:30 am at Wm. Sullivan and Son Funeral Directors, 8459 Hall Rd., Utica, MI 48317. Frank and Beatrice will be laid to rest at White Chapel Cemetery in Troy, MI.
