Patrick Domagalski

Patrick Joseph Domagalski, of Utica, Michigan, passed away on January 24, 2025 at the age of 67. Patrick was born on April 3, 1957 to Harold and Mary Lou in Detroit, Michigan. Pat attended St. Lawrence Catholic School and graduated from Utica High School. Pat married the love of his life, Carol (nee Blaszczyk) on May 7, 1983 at St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Utica. He was deeply devoted to Carol, caring for and loving her unconditionally until his last day. Pat was a loving, dedicated and supportive father to his sons and daughter-in-law, who admired his work ethic, faith, and integrity. He was a generous husband and father, and also gave to his in-laws, nieces and nephews, friends, siblings, and neighbors through his ability to work with his hands, craftsmanship and presence. Pat was always willing to dedicate time for others' needs- fixing things around the home/yard and always offering his help to those he cared for, with a strong will and unwavering faith and optimism. He will be dearly missed. Patrick is the cherished husband of Carol; the loving father of Alexander and Drew (Kamala) Domagalski; the beloved brother of Christine (Gordon) Cook, Lynn, Gerald (Cynthia), Raymond (Barbara), Gregory (Cheryl), Sandy (Mark) Denson, the late James, and the late Janice; the beloved brother-in-law to Susan (Dennis) Walkowiak, Janice Blaszczyk, and Mary (Scott) Schellpfeffer; the adored uncle of Cortland, Megan (Samuel) Stair, Jordan, Braedn (Tiffany), Samantha, Kayla (Mitch) Evens, Abigail (Carson) Kruse, Benjamin Denson, Elizabeth (Jason) Heth, Emily (Frank) Calabro, Peter (Heather) Walkowiak, Sara (Nick Lehnertz) Schellpfeffer, Elise (Jacob) Swaneck, and Julia Schellpfeffer; the dear great-uncle to Maya, Addelynn, Leon, Grace, Claire, Mary, Kollyns and Harper Sue. Pat's family will receive friends for visitation on Thursday, January 30, 2025 from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. at the Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 8459 Hall Road (3 blocks East of Van Dyke), Utica. A funeral mass will be held on Friday, January 31, instate from 9:30 a.m. until the time of his mass at 10:00 a.m. at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, 44633 Utica Road, Utica. Interment at Resurrection Cemetery, Clinton Township. Memorials are appreciated to the wishes of his family.
